Dick Blumenthal: The Next Jewish Senator? (Tablet)
The Next Jewish Senator - "Richard Blumenthal’s turn has finally arrived. If he is elected in November, he would become (by our count) the 14th Jewish senator, and also the 14th Jewish senator who either is Democratic or, if we wish to include Connecticut’s other senator, at least caucuses with the Democrats."
Senator Joseph Lieberman (SHS. 1960 also took this same route. He was attorney general for CT when he was asked to run for the senate...a good road to travel. Good luck to Attny General Blumenthal.
