Mitzvah Initiative: Schedule and Projects
A class schedule and registration information for the Mitzvah Initiative is now up on our website and can be found here. We've now also begun posting the mitzvah projects of our b'nai mitzvah students on our website. Check them out at here. These are only some of the more recent ones. Prior ones can be found in our bulletins (also on the website) and prior Shabbat-O-Grams and Weekly Announcements. We are very proud of the projects done by our students, which stand as an example for the rest of us.
Also, read congregants mitzvah stories here, board members' signature mitzvot here, two statements on volunteering here and Maimonides' list of the 613 mitzvot here. Finally, read more about the Mitzvah initiative here. Classes begin on December 6, for the Sunday morning sessions, and Jan. 7, for Thursday nights.
